Happy New Year, Everyone!
As many of you, I am tasked to come up with my 2023 Strategic Initiatives/Goals. In my role, I focus on our CEO’s personal items along with him being more of an Coach on the executive team’s development vs in the business items. I know we will have a session on this within LUMINI. If you wouldn’t mind sharing, I’m curious to see what some of you have down as your individual Strategic Initiatives.

My biggest initiative is “learning to excel in my new role”.
Finding confidence in the value I add by being a manager more than a “doer” and getting more comfortable with delegation to my new assistant.
My 2nd biggest initiative is taking more of a leadership role across the team as it relates to our due diligence processes – drafting ideas from scratch rather than waiting for someone else to create that first rough draft.
And finally I have a “back to basics role”, not letting my executive’s calendar fall neglected while I prioritize other things.
Kind of hard to explain in writing. I had a hard time writing these. Lets get together soon and chat about them!
