Dear fellow EAs,
Every time our board of governors meets (2x per year), I compile physical “board books” for everyone which consists of three-ring binders with 31 tabs. Each tab is a report ranging from the future BOG meeting dates to the president’s report to financial reports to our company’s org chart, etc. Is this similar to how you handle materials for your board meetings or do you do something completely different? Any/all feedback or suggestions are appreciated!
