Hello everyone,
I am working on researching potential Diversity & Inclusion Consultants. Our organization (Executive Recruiting firm) is hoping to find an expert consultant in this space to train our team of about 75 employees for how to better identify and service our clients’ D&I goals. Through this training, we hope to take away Diversity & Inclusion best-practices for our own business as well.
In a perfect world, the training and consultation sessions would be in a virtual/remote format, (so we can have our entire staff attend) with the consultant themselves being local to the Phoenix, Arizona area.
Have any of your teams used a consultant like this before? We are open to out of state consultants as well as local to Arizona.

I have not seen their diversity consulting in action, but my husband works for Accenture (as a digital marketing consultant) and as a Mexican immigrant he has been impressed with the company’s culture of inclusion. Our company uses Paradigm Reach for Diversity & Inclusion training – it’s just an online-based program for us, but if I had to guess, they probably have upsell features like consulting services 🙂
