My exec and I are going to be adding to her support team and create an ‘office of the CEO’. I am looking for advice/connections for anyone that is also on a team supporting 1 executive with multiple EAs.
We are going to structure it so that I am the main PoC and handling most business items but the new EA will be in a hybrid role mostly handling her personal items and taking some tasks from me.
I would love to know how/if anyone else has been in this type of support structure and what works. Do you use 1 inbox for both assistants? Have one scheduling email? How do you handle 1:1 meetings (or are they now all 2:1s ?) Any advice is appreciated!
