Outlook Calendar Category Report

Request:
Hi all!
Many moons ago my circle group reviewed the Time Management Report Card tool. I remember also learning about a report from Outlook that showed # of hours per each calendar category in a specified date range. It might have even been a plug-in that I had to download. Any idea what I’m talking about? If so, can you please send me instructions for building that report?
I’m hoping to present this exercise to our Executive team as a part of evaluating and delegating tasks that are overburdening them.
While I found the report card tool and the version I made for my Exec, for the life of me I cannot figure out how to pull the report from Outlook that showed where he was spending his time based on the assigned appointment category. I’m wondering if this was something taught in a different meeting, maybe a community circle or something else? I googled / attempted some Outlook export reports that are not delivering what I’m looking for. (I tried to follow this process, but I gave up after 20 mins waiting for the report to finish running: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/769172/outlook-calendar-export-report).
If anyone knows what I’m referring to or knows how to get this data from a different method, I would be very appreciative of the help!
Thanks all!

Disregard this request, my Executive actually found what I was looking for! For anyone interested in trying this out, it’s called the “Calendar Analyzer Tool” and it’s free from the Microsoft Store for anyone using Office365: https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/calendar-analyzer/9NBLGGH681N0?hl=en-us&gl=us
