    Does anyone have a contact/direct line to someone at the passport agency? My colleague’s passport renewal seems to have stalled and the general phone number to call says they don’t know the status. (He sent the passport in back in April and is traveling in 2 weeks).

    Just logging the final solution that helped – we contacted the local congressman and they helped us get an appointment immediately! Amazing. Passport was received and the trip was saved.
