    Have you looked into TripIt? It is a very helpful app that Scott and I use for keeping track of all his travel arrangements. This tool will not track event RSVPs but as far as travel logistics you can simply forward confirmation emails to a dedicated email address and it builds your itinerary for you. Then its a one-stop shop for the both of you to see all details and confirmation numbers associated with each trip.

    Hope that helps. For event RSVP tracking I just use outlook, I also would love to know of a better system for this.
