Is anyone comfortable sharing their SMART KPIs for the new year? I’ve been in my current EA role for 6 years and am struggling to come up with KPIs for 2022. Many of my core duties stay the same each year – calendaring, strategy meetings, travel arrangement, meeting notes/action items, board meeting coordination, … To me these are easily measurable and hence go on my KPI report. I’m looking for any new and creative KPIs that I can include for 2022 that give me some stretch goals and help highlight the additional exec support that I give my team. Does anyone care to share theirs?
